UKOUG has put together a range of different membership packages to meet the needs of every type of member.
UKOUG membership can help you deliver your projects faster, better and more effectively. Whether you are looking for guidance on a new feature or are just interested in the latest Oracle best practices, we have a range of online resources including content from the smartest minds in the business - white papers, tips, articles and presentations written by OCPs, authors and other professionals just like you.
All membership packages provide you with full access to the UKOUG website where you can:

There are four types of end user membership: Platinum Unlimited, Gold Corporate, Silver Associate and Bronze Affiliate. Details are below.
Platinum Unlimited
Why take Platinum Unlimited membership?
Platinum unlimited membership is suitable for members who wish to attend an unlimited number of events each year. You can add any number of contacts to your membership.
Members are entitled to:
- One place at our regional Conferences held in Scotland and Ireland
- Four 1-day passes for use at the annual UKOUG Conference & Exhibition and PeopleSoft Conference or two passes to JD Edwards Conference 2008
- One place at an unlimited number of Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings or Special Events
- Fully transferable places enabling you to transfer your Conference, SIG meeting or Special Event place with a colleague (one delegate per meeting)
- A copy of Oracle Scene, our quarterly publication, and access to the digital edition
- A regular community specific ebulletin
- 10% discount on Oracle University training in the UK
- Discounts on a range of products including 30% off Oracle books from selected publishers
- The opportunity to upload papers to the UKOUG website library
- Personalised online account
- Volunteering opportunities
- Membership welcome pack
Price: £835 plus additional £100 joining fee for new members +VAT
Registered charity price: £668 plus additional £100 joining fee for new members +VAT
Gold Corporate
Why take Gold Corporate membership?
Gold Corporate membership is the ideal membership package for members who wish to attend Conference and up to 20 events each year.
Members are entitled to:
- One place at our regional Conferences held in Scotland and Ireland
- Four 1-day passes for use at the annual UKOUG Conference & Exhibition and PeopleSoft Conference or two passes to JD Edwards Conference 2008
- One place at up to 20 SIG meeting or Special Events each year
- Fully transferable places enabling you to transfer your Conference, SIG meeting or Special Event place with a colleague (one delegate per meeting)
- A copy of Oracle Scene, our quarterly publication, and access to the digital edition
- A regular community specific ebulletin
- 10% discount on Oracle University training in the UK
- Discounts on a range of products including 30% off Oracle books from selected publishers

Silver Associate
Why take Silver Associate membership?
Silver Associate membership is suitable for members that wish to attend up to four events per year. It is particularly suitable for members only interested in the following communities:
- JD Edwards - PeopleSoft - Siebel - Stellent - Hyperion -
Members are entitled to:
- One place at our regional Conferences held in Scotland and Ireland
- One place at the JD Edwards or PeopleSoft Conference or;
- One place at restricted streams at the annual UKOUG Conference & Exhibition
- One place at up to four SIG meetings or Special Events per year. All four SIG meeting or Special Event places are fully transferable so you are able to send a colleague in your place. You can also pay member prices for additional places should you wish to take a colleague with you
- A copy of Oracle Scene, our quarterly publication, and access to the digital edition
- A regular community specific ebulletin
- 10% discount on Oracle University training in the UK
- Discounts on a range of products including 30% off Oracle books from selected publishers

- Silver Associate members wishing to attend more than four SIG meetings or Special Events can upgrade their membership or purchase extra places at member prices. Please email: info@ukoug.org for more information
- Your Conference place is not transferable with Silver Associate membership

Bronze Affiliate
Why take Bronze Affiliate membership?
Bronze Affiliate membership is the pay-as-you-go approach to membership. It is specifically designed for members based outside mainland UK who are unable to attend events, and for independent consultants wanting to access our extensive online resources.
Members are entitled to:
- One place at our regional Conferences held in Scotland and Ireland
- A copy of Oracle Scene, our quarterly publication, and access to the digital edition
- A regular community specific ebulletin
- 10% discount on Oracle University training in the UK
- Member prices for UKOUG events
- Discounts on a range of products including 30% off Oracle books from selected publishers
- The opportunity to upload papers to the UKOUG website library
- Personalised online account
- Volunteering opportunities
- Membership welcome pack
Please note:
- Bronze Affiliate membership does not include free places at the annual UKOUG Conference & Exhibition, community Conferences, SIG meetings or Special Events. If you wish to attend these events you can purchase heavily subsidised places at member prices
- Your Bronze Affiliate membership is just for you, therefore, event places purchased cannot be shared with colleagues
